2) Ready Stock / Pre-order
- Ready stock sent out within 1-2 working days (Monday to Fridays, not includes Saturdays, Sundays & P.Holidays)
- Pre-order products takes estimated 14-21 working days to delivery. (Monday to Fridays, not includes
Saturdays, Sundays & P.Holidays) Kindly expect delay in estimated delivery times during the MCO/CMCO/RMCO period, or some other issue.
- We do not accept rush order.
-The tracking no / link will be send by email or sms to you once the parcel has been shipped, or you may refer direct to the order history from the account that your created from our website.
3) Self Collection
- Pick up service is availaible by appoinment only.
- Kindly make appoinment at least one day in advanced.
Self Pick up timeslot:
Monday to Friday : 12.00pm. - 7.00pm
Saturday : 12.00pm. - 6.00p.m
( not includes Sunday & Public Holiday )
